Dance Party Experience – Booking Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable studio hire payment is required to secure a booking. Your instructor and studio cannot be secured until payment has been received.
  • The party balance payment and final guest-list numbers are due a minimum of 14 days prior to the party date.
  • Payment must be made by the group leader in one payment via our pay-online page – we use World Pay for secure online payments. Please quote your name and booking reference.
  • Should the party balance not be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the party, Dance Party Experience reserves the right to cancel the booking and the client will be notified by email.
  • To secure your booking within 14 days of the party date a non-refundable payment for the cost of the studio hire (or travel expenses where applicable) & party balance must be paid.
  • Additional persons may join the party at the price quoted per person. Please make the relevant payment via our website’s pay-online page prior to the party and notify us via email. Please note we do not accept cash on the day.
  • The minimum number of people for a Dance Party Experience booking is 3-10 people.
  • Minimum booking fee for locations we don’t currently offer but travel to on request 3-15 people 1 hour & 3-12 people 1.5 hours, £300 + travel costs.
  • Numbers attending can be amended FREE of charge up until 14 days prior to the party date. The amount due cannot fall below the minimum booking requirement (1 hour party 3-10 people £210 + studio hire/travel costs & 1.5 hour party £250 + studio hire/travel costs).
  • Dance Party Experience reserves the right to amend the cost, location, and time of any booking if changes are imposed on us. If this is necessary, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
  • Time Keeping – It is the group’s responsibility to arrive for their class on time as the finishing time cannot be extended. All the studios we use are hired on an hourly basis and will usually have a class starting straight afterward.
  • Accessories – One type of FREE themed accessory included per booking for the Hen, Birthday, and Kids Dance Experience packages. The accessory will be confirmed upon booking. These details are per the booking confirmation email. Any accessory changes must be requested a minimum of 30 days prior to the party. Accessories are not kept at the studios. The accessories are to be used at the Dance Experience only and must be returned to the Dance Party Experience teacher at the end of the lesson.
  • The theme, Song / Music Mashup choice must be confirmed a minimum of 30 days prior to the party. These details are per the booking confirmation email.
  • All adult’s Hen & Birthday parties are 18+ events. Most Dance Studios we use for these events have an 18+ insurance policy and do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to use their facilities. There are some studios that allow all age groups including minors. Please get in touch with your event manager and they will recommend the best studios to accommodate your request.
  • Strict no alcohol policy – Please do not take alcohol to the dance studios.
  • Drunk and disorderly behaviour is unacceptable. Intoxicated people will not be permitted to dance. The dance instructor, dance studio venue manager and Dance Party Experience Ltd reserves the right to turn away anyone who is drunk and their place in the Dance Experience booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
  • Please consider your conduct when in the dance studio venue, and keep noise to a minimum when entering and exiting the studio so as to not disrupt other classes.




  • Studio hire payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days notice are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days will be charged at 100% of the total fee.
  • Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will incur no further charge and if payment has been received in advance a refund will be made for the cancelled places. Studio hire payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees apply to each individual person attending the dance party, however, the group booking cannot fall below the minimum-booking fee as set out in these terms and conditions respective of location, regardless of the party size.
  • Cancellations due to Covid are non-refundable.




  • Participants participate at their own risk.
  • Dance Party Experience activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk and Dance Party Experience can not be responsible for claims for injury, damage, loss or death.
  • Participants should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any activity they undertake.
  • Dance is a physical activity which can cause the internal body temperature to rise, you may get hot, please dress appropriately. We suggest layers that you can peel off as your body temperature rises.
  • Dance Party Experience takes as much care as possible to ensure a safe experience and environment for all participants. The instructor as Dance Party Experiences representative is responsible for ensuring all equipment; accessories and dance spaces are safe for practice.
  • Dance Party Experience teachers have Public Liability Insurance.




  • Dance Party Experience occasionally uses stills and footage of our dance experiences for marketing purposes. In taking part, participants agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and otherwise use the material in any media worldwide.
  • A copy of your chosen music mashup will be sent electronically once the party has been delivered and not before. We do not own the rights to any of the music and the mashups are made for private entertainment purposes only.

Friends & Family Terms & Conditions


  • Minimum booking requirement of 11+ paid places for the ‘friends & family’ offer to apply.
  • 1 hour party Bride to be’s place value £21, 1.5hr party Bride to be’s place value £25 .
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
